I. Purpose

Linked-Mail.com offers its users (“Users”) a service that allows them to enrich personal email content with information from their associated LinkedIn profiles (the “Service”). The Service is accessible through the website https://linked-mail.com/.

The purpose of these general terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Service offered on the Site as well as to outline the rights and obligations of Linked-Mail.com and the Users.

These terms and conditions are accessible and printable at any time by a direct link at the bottom of the Site.

They may be supplemented by specific terms of use for certain Services, which supplement these general terms and conditions and, in case of contradiction, prevail over them.

II. Access to the Site and Services

The Site and the Service are intended exclusively for professionals in the context of their business activity. The Service is accessible, subject to the restrictions provided on the Site:

  • To any natural person with the legal capacity to enter into commitments under these terms and conditions.
  • To any legal person acting through a natural person who has the legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal person.

III. Acceptance of the General Conditions

The acceptance of these general conditions is confirmed by checking a box on the registration form.

This acceptance must be full and complete. Any conditional acceptance is considered null and void. Anyone who refuses these terms and conditions must not use the Service.

IV. Registration on the Site

4.1. To use the Service, the User must:

  • Complete the registration form available on the Site, or
  • Register through one of the third-party sites indicated on the Site and use their login credentials to register on the Site. In this case, additional information requested must be provided.

The User authorizes Linked-Mail.com to access their account data on the third-party site concerned.

In all cases, the User must provide all information marked as mandatory. Incomplete registrations will not be validated.

Registration automatically creates an account (“Account”) in the User’s name, allowing them to manage their use of the Service.

The User guarantees the accuracy, sincerity, and up-to-date nature of the information provided. They agree to update this information in their Account as necessary.

The User is informed that the information entered for creating or updating their Account serves as proof of their identity and binds them upon validation.

4.2. The User can access their Account at any time after identifying themselves using their login credentials.

The User undertakes to use the Service personally and not to allow any third party to use it in their place or on their behalf. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Any access using their login details is considered to have been made by the User.

The User must immediately contact Linked-Mail.com if they notice any unauthorized use of their Account.

V. Description of the Services

Linked-Mail.com provides a service for enriching personal emails with information from LinkedIn profiles. The details of the Service are available on the Site, with functionality and technical means as determined by Linked-Mail.com.

VI. Duration and Termination of the Service

The Service is offered in the form of a subscription (“Subscription”). The Subscription begins on the day of registration and payment, for the duration chosen by the User, which may be monthly or annual (“Initial Period”).

The Subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same duration (“Periods”) unless terminated by Linked-Mail.com or the User. Termination by the User is done through their Account, and by Linked-Mail.com via email notification.

Any started Subscription Period is due in full. Linked-Mail.com does not provide refunds for cancellations, regardless of the reason. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and Linked-Mail.com will cease charging for the paid services thereafter.

VII. Financial Conditions

The prices for the Service are indicated on the Site and are expressed in USD, exclusive of tax, unless otherwise specified.

Linked-Mail.com reserves the right to offer promotional offers or price reductions at its discretion.

VIII. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Make strictly personal use of the Service.
  • Provide Linked-Mail.com with all necessary information for the proper execution of the Service.
  • Cooperate actively with Linked-Mail.com for the proper performance of the Service.
  • Be responsible for their Internet connection, as the quality of the Service depends directly on it.

IX. Prohibited Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Sending unsolicited emails or commercial solicitations.
  • Copying or diverting the concept, technology, or data from the Site for their own or third-party purposes.
  • Interrupting, suspending, or otherwise disrupting the Service.

X. Liability and Warranty of Linked-Mail.com

Linked-Mail.com undertakes to provide the Service diligently but with an obligation of means, not results. The Service is automated, and Linked-Mail.com cannot guarantee error-free data enrichment.

Linked-Mail.com conducts regular checks on the Site’s operation and may interrupt access temporarily for maintenance. Linked-Mail.com is not responsible for temporary access difficulties due to factors beyond its control.

XI. Intellectual Property

All systems, software, structures, databases, and content on the Site are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these elements is prohibited.

XII. User’s Personal Data

These general conditions are governed by California, United States of America. In case of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. If not resolved, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of City of California.
